Topic

For my research paper, I decide to do my topic on the political allegory of the Wizard of Oz. I thought that since I was in the group of the Arts, that the Wizard of Oz was a good one to write about. The Wizard of Oz was made into a book, film, play, and televised too. The connection of my topic to US history is that The Wizard of Oz was about the Populist. The characters in the the Wizard of Oz has some meaning behind the time of the Populists. As I started researching this topic, I thinking I might not be able to write a 7 1/2 to 9 page paper since it is already narrowed down. Anybody have any suggestions? If not, then I might change my topic.
